Transference
Just received my first 2010 album in the mail, feels kind of important. It’s Spoon’s Transference. I’ll let you all know how it is, but from what I’ve heard on NPR, it’s going to be pretty good.

There we are folks, it’s done and done.
Something kind of crazy happened to me yesterday, I think, but I can’t recall what it was. I remember thinking, “Oh, you know, I haven’t written on Tumblr in a while, maybe this would be a good thing to report on.” But, alas, it’s gone into the oblivion that is my mind.

No, Leaving Texas Ain't Pretty
If the staggering snowfall in DC and the guy driving into the side of my rental truck in Maryland made Austin to Boston Part 1 a B/B-, I must say that driving into blizzard conditions in Kansas (and probably continuing to do so tomorrow in Missouri, Illinois and maybe Indiana) makes Austin to Boston Part 2 a C-/D+.
